Return Process

  Carefully pack your item in its original HODINKEE presentation box and shipping carton, ensuring all manuals and warranty cards are included.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team of specialists inspects the item for its original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
